Supreme Suspensions is an aftermarket auto accessory manufacturer that provides lift kits and accessories such as shocks, light bars and fender flares for pickup trucks and SUVs. After setting up a basic webstore with Wordpress, the growing company wa s looking to earn more revenue and fix long standing problems with their website.
Using a 3-part collaborative process known as CORE we discovered the brand's attributes, defined our users and set actionable goals. Research was conducted to discover user pain points by analyzing Google Analytics and heat map and user feedback data. We set out to design solutions for these two consistent problems:
